An old Gardian’s hut under the trees that accommodated the Mas herdsmen

‘La Cabane du Gardian’ is steeped with Saint-Germain history. It became at some point a hunting meeting point and then a shepherd’s lodge for several pastoral families. It was given back its first vocation few years ago, following its refurbishment: “La Cabane du Gardian".

Its insides feature a central pillar and very steep roofing, typical of the traditional hut architecture, covered with reeds (from Camargue of course!).

This peaceful, self-catering cottage enjoys 2 terraces – one bathed with the sun and the other in the shade – and a garden. You will benefit from garden furniture and a barbecue facility. ‘La Cabane du Gardian’ can accommodate up to 4 people for rentals by the week or per night with a minimum stay of 2 nights, according to the season.
